These Terms & Conditions govern your use of BloodyLoosers.com - a free classified ads platform for removals & storage and packers & movers services, plus a collection of free online tools. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or post an ad. By registering, you confirm you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential
- You must provide accurate information when registering - false details will result in account termination
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately at bloodyloosersltd@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access
4. Posting Ads - Permitted Use
By posting an ad, you agree to:
- Post only services you are legally authorized to offer
- Provide accurate, honest descriptions of your services
- Include correct contact information
- Post only in categories relevant to removals, storage, packers & movers or logistics
- Not post duplicate listings for the same service
5. Prohibited Content
The following is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate permanent account suspension:
- Illegal goods or services of any kind
- Fraudulent, deceptive or misleading listings
- Spam - multiple identical or near-identical listings
- Adult, obscene or sexually explicit content
- Hate speech, threats or discriminatory content
- Listings unrelated to removals, storage or logistics
- Casino, gambling, adult, pharmaceutical or cryptocurrency content
- Malware, phishing links or content intended to harm users
6. Ad Review and Moderation
All ads are reviewed before going live. We reserve the right to approve, reject, edit or remove any listing at our sole discretion. Approved listings may still be removed later if they violate these Terms.
7. Featured Listings and Payments
- Standard listings are free. Featured listings are available for a fee.
- Refunds are not available once a featured listing has been activated and published
- Featured listings remain subject to all content policies and may be removed for violations without refund
- Payments are processed by PayPal
8. Free Online Tools
Our 266 free online tools are provided "as is" with no guarantees of accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose. All tool processing happens locally in your browser - we do not store files or data you process through them.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
BloodyLoosers.com is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or legitimacy of any listing, uninterrupted access to the site or that tools are error-free. We are a platform connecting advertisers with customers - we do not vet, endorse or guarantee any service listed.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BloodyLoosers.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including losses from dealings with advertisers or decisions made based on tool outputs.
